This week's hike will be at Hickory Run State Trail at Hickory Run State Park. The trail head is on the right, just across from the Chapel. If you get to the Shades of Death parking lot with the porta potties, you have gone too far. Because it is a holiday weekend, the trail might be crowded. So you may need to keep your dog on a leash.
