Dear JP,
In answer to your letter asking us to show our gratitude in this year of uncertainties, my first thought was that I wasn't sure that I had too much to be thankful for!! I've given it much thought and have come up with a lot that I am very thankful for. I've had two great grandsons born in September - healthy, perfect, little boys A granddaughter got married in the middle of the pandemic and two granddaughters and a grandson all got engaged this summer.
I am so grateful that you are our leader and there are so many people able to help you bring our church to our homes. I am thankful for my children and their spouses who are constantly checking on me, and grandchildren calling on the phone to see if I need anything.
Yes, I have a lot to be thankful for and I have a God who listens and answers prayers.
I do look forward to be able to say COVID-19 is behind all of us and we can all have some normalcy in our lives again.
